25.01.2022 Duo Apartments Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC The 1400mm thick Raft Footing for this 15-storey apartment development was specified with N32-175 EW TOP & BTM plus N20-200 SIDE FACE and was replaced with 22kg/m3 Helix Micro Rebar and N16-175 EW TOP & BTM. The 120mm thick Slab on Ground that was specified with SL82 TOP was replaced with 8kg/m3 Helix. The Blade Walls were specified with 14-N16 & N12-200 TIES, and were replaced with 20kg/m3 Helix 5-25 TSMR plus 8-N16 VERT only. ... 24.01.2022 6 Story Residential Building, New South Wales The project consisted of six multi-level residential buildings constructed using the Logic Wall Panel from AFS. The Helix solutions for the 150 and 162 AFS walls included a Helix dosage of 8kg/m3, replacing the N12 bars at 400mm each way. The client was able to save roughly one month resulting in significant cost savings.... 21.01.2022 Warehouse Slab on Grade Helix Micro Rebar was used in this project to replace SL82 reinforcing steel mesh. The slab was designed at 150mm thick to carry 5 tonne point and live loads. An inspection of the slab 18 months after it was poured revealed no cracking and there was not a Helix Micro Rebar on the surface....
