Hit follow and save for more recipes and wellness inspiration @beachsidebuddha Recipe - Ingredients (makes 2) 2 cucumbers - I used Lebanese cucumbers ... 2 teaspoons mint (or to taste) 2 limes - juiced 600mls of water 1 cup of ice cubes 1 teaspoon of liquid stevia to sweeten (if desired) - Method - combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 1-2 mins. Pour into glasses over a large strainer (this makes the drink less pulpy !)
