09.01.2022 We think "peacefulness" is something we need to achieve. We add it to our to-do list and say "when I'm not so busy or I do yoga every day or learn to meditate or love myself completely I will become peaceful". But to feel peaceful we don't need to do anything at all. Instead we allow ourselves be exactly as we are in this moment, imperfect, wounded, sad, happy, anxious, uncertain, afraid. It is so beautiful to be messy. Let your body be beautifully flawed and your heart broken and real. Peace will find "you" when you let yourself be beautifully rich with your untamed humanness. Not tomorrow, not next year or your next lifetime... In this very moment you are reading this. You are beautiful and peace is at your fingertips.
