24.01.2022 Having tried traditional employment pathways, Jackson and his mum Kathy went searching for an alternative supported work environment where Jackson could reach his full potential. Kathy's biggest priority was finding a workplace where Jackson could develop new skills and feel like a valued member of the team. HELP Manufacturing gave Jackson the opportunity to learn on the job, with a goal of one day becoming a welder. Since starting in late 2020, Jackson has had hands on wel...ding experience and has also learnt to drive a forklift (among many other new tasks!) Jackson enjoys being a part of a positive and inclusive workplace where he feels comfortable asking questions and being himself. We're excited to see what the future has in store for Jackson!
