12.01.2022 1.49!!Tonight Ashley (11yrs old) jumped a new PB of 1.49! And not even off her full run up, with a huge improvement in her technique over the last few weeks. Last year Ash went from jumping 1.21 at regionals (3rd), to jumping 1.32 at States (3rd) and going on to win nationals with a jump of 1.37. We’re so proud of how far you have come Ash!

09.01.2022 Wow. What a successful session today! We have started to incorporate resistance band/strength exercises into our warm up and we’re loving it. They’re great for building strength/coordination and for injury recovery. We also smashed some Personal bests. - Anastaciya ran a 1 second PB halfway through the session in a 400m rep even after already running a 4 second pb on the weekend! - Emily ran a new PB on every 400m rep! - Noah equalled his 400m PB 3 reps in a row after running... a 9 second PB on the weekend I am so proud of how well everyone is improving!

Grace has been working so well on her technique recently. Noah then went on to run a huge 16 second PB in the 800m!
