02.01.2022 Aaron Smashed our AaMazIng Results in our Online Body Transformation Aaron says; I didn’t fully believe I could achieve the physical goals I set but I knew I could master up the discipline to take action on 3 small changes.... 14 x 30 min exercise sessions/week No structure, no planning of exercise, no set days, I just wanted to reconnect with training. Sometimes I ended up having to train 90min on a Sunday because I only got 1 session in through the week but I committed to the time. 2Average more than 5000 steps per day (I have an office job) 3Utilising the Herbalife weight loss meal plan for the first 3 weeks then moving to the lean muscle sport program for 3 weeks. This was easy as it’s a simple program. 80% of the time I was on track, Ginni might say 60% lol I stuck to the plan but accompanied this with the occasional chocolate, ice cream, takeout and beer. I told Ginni I wasn’t in the zone at the start but the 80/20 rule would reward me appropriately.
