13.01.2022 Oh Balance, how do I manage to forget you so often! Balance has become a new favourite for me! Paired with Patchouli is just oh my gosh, delicious! I’ve been diffusing Balance quite a bit lately but a whole lot more since I realised after 10 minutes or so of diffusing it in the lounge room, my usually, how do I put this nicely.... lovingly aggressive/just aggressive 2 year old seems to calm right down! Less head butting & body slamming his little brother & throwing his toys... at the ground & more calm play with his toys & more kisses for me & his little brother!! It took me a few times of diffusing it to realise the connection, at first I just thought ‘woah, this is weird, why is he calm...’ I was almost scared for what he was saving his energy for but he just kept playing calmly! This sweet floral aroma is so lovely & so good at balancing out our emotions in adults & children! Balance is definitely helping me get through these crazy times! See more

11.01.2022 Using essential oils on babies and little ones is not only safe when used correctly, but also a great alternative to either suffering through issues OR using over the counter options that can be filled with harmful ingredients! You definitely want to be smart, dilute properly (just 1-3 drops per 10ml of carrier oil is plenty!), & watch for any sensitivity, but oils are an amazing way to naturally support your little ones body! Important note: I only use and trust dTERRA... oils since they are pure, each batch is tested many times & they are transparent & show the results. This is especially true when using on babies. You have no idea what’s in other brands! So where do you apply oils on babies? Basically the same areas you would yourself: The feet are an easy place and you don't have to worry about baby accidentally touching there. The tummy is a great place for digestive issues, colic or gas. The chest is great for respiratory support or for calming oils (they can easily smell while sleeping). 05.01.2022 L O V I N G my new set up! I’ve moved my oils into the lounge room finally! They’ve been in my 1 year olds room & I always forget to use them because they aren’t right in front of me, or I don’t want to wake him! Diffusing more often these last few days which is helping me & my high energy boys A L O T ! Get your oils out & put them somewhere you will regularly walk past them so you remember to use them more! Now I have everything I need to make rollers, diffuse, my oil books for any help I need & make caps to help me from the inside! Plus my lounge room smells heavenly even when not diffusing because the aroma just coming from the box is amazing!
