06.01.2022 Rainbow Silverbeet's stem and leaves can both be eaten, however the stems need to be cooked longer, so make sure to cut these into slices and start cooking two or three minutes before the green leaves are added. Silverbeet can be sautéed, steamed or boiled and is delicious served simply with a little bit (or a lot) of butter, salt and pepper.
