For this mum...2021 was going to be her year to focus on her health and well-being. She chatted about getting into a regular routine for maintenance treatments, nourishing her body with delicious food and getting back into pilates. My boys are at an age where I feel like I can invest more time into my health and wellness and I'm not getting that mum guilt whispering in my ear. It's like a new chapter and it feels invigorating.
