Matilda spoke yesterday of her memories of camping with her grandparents at a site which is now nestled in suburban Canberra. ANU masters student Steve Skitmore with Dr Duncan Wright and Dave Johnston undertook an archaeological excavation at the site just near Manuka based on Matilda's memories and have helped the site be nominated to the ACT Heritage Register. #heritagefest17 #heritagenearme #canberra #anuheritage
