23.01.2022 PHOTOGRAPHY SCAM Hervey Bay real estate. Beware of the agents charging $1000 for house photography. The actual cost is less than half. We have been told who the agent is and the photographer. Get an itemized list of the services and prices being supplied by the photographer. Even better ask the photographer directly how much it costs. If you are being quoted around a $1000 from the photographer or agent, get another photographer. You are being ripped off big time, this is a clever scam by people already gouging an excessive amount of money from the sale of your house. Let us know of any other house marketing scams.
