22.01.2022 There are not many photos this time, sorry. I've been a little busy preparing to go to Japan and China.

20.01.2022 Once a week I try to share photos from other He Style practitioners in China. While the main line of He Style has a small presence outside of China (in Oz & Japan permanently and USA on a semi regular basis), inside China there are many talented practitioners from our lineage. The opportunity is always there for our students to go to China to train with our Martial Brothers & Sisters.

20.01.2022 In 7 weeks I'll be taking some students to meet my teacher in China for a quick trip. Those students will look after He Style Taiji in Australia and America and fulfil a goal my teacher set for me years ago in seeing He Style spread internationally.

16.01.2022 A few weeks ago we started our Irish Stick Fighting class comprising of Bata (stick) and unarmed fighting. Can't wait to bring this big fella to class this week and give it a whirl!!

07.01.2022 Today is the anniversary (according to Facebook) of when I started teaching He-Style Taijiquan classes at Keio University. In the time I was there over 100 people from various countries studied with us. I wonder how many still practice?
