18.01.2022 NEW LIFE MEMBER The HFNC are pleased to announce that as of tonight we have a new life member. Congratulations Narla Saunders on your fantastic career as player and coach over many years at our club. ... A premiership in the WBFNL, 282 games as a player and multiple years coaching juniors and seniors are just some of Narla’s accomplishments. Narla also worked on our committee with particular focus on our social functions. Narla is a very proud one club player and we are very thankful for her efforts and contribution to our great club.

13.01.2022 NETBALL 2021 COACHING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST We are asking for coaching expressions of interest for the 2021 season for the following grades. A Reserve, B Grade, C Grade, 17 & Under, 15 & Under, 13 & Under.... If you have any further questions please contact Nadia via FB or through the email above. Expressions of interest close Thursday 31st December. PRE-SEASON Pre-season will be kicking off on Monday 1st of February 2021. We will be focusing on building a strong foundation for all players to reduce risk of injury and to ease you all back in (because we know it’s been a long break!) Pre-season sessions will be open to all junior and senior grades and all old and new players are welcome. We recently advertised our apparel was all available for order at Prestige Promotions in Portland and although that is mostly accurate, the longsleeve is to be pre ordered in batches of 10 before any stock is available.
