11.01.2022 Some exposed aggregate for our project in Tapping. Weather was perfect and allowed us to control the concrete. The front elevation is really starting to take shape! A great selection of stone by the client! Now onto the decking and landscaping!

A great demolition business who helped from council applications/service shutoffs right through to the demolition itself! Will certainly use/recommend for future projects! 07.01.2022 2020 has started with a bang! We are currently underway with our extension renovation for our fantastic clients in balcatta! Removal of existing single carport and section of the existing house will make room for a brand new double garage, new hallway entrance with study and a significantly larger lounge area. A big thanks to dumper handibins for there supply of their extra large skip bins. Site works including addition of soak wells, site compaction and services from existing dwelling, completion of footings and slab, Waterproofing edge of slab as shown below and we are onto the brickwork! Looking forward to the end product!

Completed product will be available for interested clients along with a hard copy of the addenda, internal and external schemes, final plans and fixtures and fittings!

03.01.2022 Some stage photos of the rear elevation of our Balcatta project. after demolishing the internal wall (with the installation of large beams to span the open area) we were able to create a huge living space. over the next few weeks we look to finish our works as required and hopefully give these clients an area to entertain for years to come! more pics to follow!

01.01.2022 Few more progress photos of the front elevation of our balcatta project. Although theres been an extensive change to the front, the change to the back of the dwelling is really something else! we have been able to create a XXL living and dining space with windows/sliding doors to take advantage of the great pool and views of the tall tree line! 01.01.2022 A huge merry Christmas to all our friends, family and our construction colleagues out there! A massive year for everyone involved at Higgins Homes this year! A 30 unit 200,000 brick apartment complex completed in Ashby, extensive concrete block work completed for the newly built horse stables at Belmont racecourse, the completion of our 3 story Mindarie project along with the submission of our plans to council of our new 2020 development project in Kingsley. Not to mention other projects our bricklaying team have completed this year it truly has been our biggest yet. Thankyou to all our subcontractors, building designers and clients for all the great work/understanding you have provided this year. Cant wait for the start of next year and our new projects to get underway! Have a great Christmas everyone!

01.01.2022 Lets hope for all parties that building start timeframes are adjusted/extended, which will allow for those either worried of missing out or those making rushed decisions the appropriate timeframe for either decision they look to make. We will be keeping a close eye on this one!
