Tim the owner has made a really special brew called the Trojan horse it features much goodness along side our Sacred Eight mushroom blend. 19.01.2022 As a small business of two people (and a couple) with a little bebe, getting work done efficiently can sometimes be a mission. It requires a lot of organisation, productivity & strength. In the last 3 months since having Taavi, we’ve been working slower than usual and it has been so beautiful to have the time & space to watch him grow. However, when we’re in the groove and go back in a working mode, a good cup of Cacao is always the go!

12.01.2022 It is so difficult to find healthy plant-based protein blends free from any sugars, artificial sweeteners, natural strange tasting sweeteners, gums, preservatives and other fillers. It’s also not so easy to find Organic, sustainably sourced, single origin ingredient containing blends. It’s also, also very difficult once those boxes are ticked to find a product that contains therapeutic quantities of the medicinal adaptogens, mushrooms and herbs in each serving size.... So, we made one! and everyone is frothing. Blessings to all you thriving humans
