17.01.2022 This year has been let’s say a little ... different for business. Whether it is pivoting, struggling, scaling, it all has had a transformational impact. This may have had an impact on your mental health and those around you. ... Take a minute to check in with yourself or someone you know and ask... how are you really doing? Sometimes just stopping is enough to acknowledge how we are doing and work out what is next. This month 1st of November at our breakfast meet up we will be having a guest speaker on this topic. Make sure you RSVP. Visitors are welcome however we must be notified for numbers. #hdbc #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #supportsmallbusiness
16.01.2022 Keep an eye out for events in our local area. This one is coming soon. Community Christmas Tree & Christmas Bauble Project Council is finalising a Community Christmas Tree and Christmas Bauble project for regional communities. The idea is to have lighted Christmas trees installed in central locations with community members able to decorate a bauble and installed them on the tree. The Highfields Library is the location for our tree this year with baubles available for pick up... soon. Youth Connect has created a Home Project video detailing how to decorate your bauble! It will be up on TRC’s website soon but the Facebook link is: https://www.facebook.com/YouthConnectTRC/videos/707685263518573/ In the new year, members can collect their bauble from Council. Once I have a flyer, I will email this through.
