17.01.2022 We at High performance netball program have taken remote learning to a whole new level! Our very own HP Coach and @Peninsula Waves championship player Gabby, has done a footwork drills video for the local primary schools to add to there remote learning schedule. It is a completely free session that we wanted to offer to schools to try and do our part to help make remote learning a little different and why not include some netball drills that can be used across all sporting c...odes. A big shout out to Derinya Primary School for being the first school to offer this session to their students. 11.01.2022 Check out the skills from the students at Derinya Primary School that our HPP Coach, Gabby sent to them as part of their Remote Learning Program. Certainly the best PE lessons in our opinion, but we are surely biased! Well done to the students who mastered some new footwork skills. We can't wait to see them in action when we return to play!

05.01.2022 Check out our new event, STEP BACK INTO NETBALL inconjuction with Frankston & District Netball Association (Jubilee Park) & Peninsula Waves Starting 1st October and running for the whole month, we are asking our whole community to count their steps and get the step count up. Announcing our ambassador for this initiative is none other than the amazing Peta Murphy MP Federal Member for Dunkley... A true supporter of our community! We would love for you to send us your daily or weekly (whenever you remember) step count. The dedicated FDNA staff here will be keeping a tally. There will be spot prizes along the way and all participants will go into the final draw to win a fantastic Netball Hamper! As we wait to hear when restrictions may be lifted so we can get back on the court, we need to keep active for both our minds and our bodies Make sure to click "going" and comment as often as you can with the date and your steps!
