25.01.2022 Professionally 2019 was a crazy busy year! The first half of the year I was working for the ATO but thankfully I secured a position at Credit Union Australia, that suits my skill sets much better. It has been challenging with a very steep learning curve but Im happy with the move. The highlight would have to be the trip to Hawaii to be best man at my best mates wedding! If you are constantly in stress mode, your original fight or flight mode, your body is not expressing the right proteins to aid healing and hence you will take longer to heal and recover. The more often the flight or fight system is constantly activated the more the body shunts it’s job for creating optimal health and your systems become maladaptive. ...
