25.01.2022 So hands up who saw this episode?? https://tenplay.com.au/channel-/the-living-room//episode-5 we got to see our very own Greg 'Bigfoot' Limbert as he drove his road train, and also the wonderful Felicity who flew Kris Smith over the Nullarbor. Fantastic to get Ceduna on the map. Maybe attempt the longest golf course yourself next time you're heading west. It starts in Ceduna!!

14.01.2022 The time has come for Michael and myself to leave the lovely town and community of Ceduna, and also Highway One Motel. We arrived in Ceduna on a whim in 2015 for what was to be a three month position in this business before heading off on our travels again around Australia.... Three and a bit years later and we've decided that it's time to hit the road again. We want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Sonya and Greg for being such welcoming and kind bosses, you not ...only welcomed us into the business, but into your home too. You saw us, not only as staff, but as friends. We'd also like to thank the guests of Highway One Motel for your continued support and kindness. We have both met such a vast array of people from all corners of the world, and have had some great conversations after your long journey to get to us! To our regular guests , of which we would see weekly/monthly, it has been great to get to know each of you. We've had many afternoons in the Reception area putting the world to rights or discussing future holiday destinations! (Of which the list is ever growing!) You've seen is grow from having never worked in the Motel industry in Australia to multi tasking like pro's between the reception/ housekeeping/ maintenance and everything in between! Thank you for your patience! We are excited for what our future will bring. As for where we will go next... No one knows yet! (It's half the fun!) We leave you in some very capable hands, and we wish them all the best in their journey at Highway One. Even if it's half as fulfilling as it was for us, you'll love it!! On to the next chapter......
