Im working towards a big goal and I cant wait to be running my 30th marathon in Chicago in 4 weeks time! The Marathon route takes you back and forth across the bridges you can see in the pic!

19.01.2022 Its hard to take as lockdown is upon us again...... when it comes to your fitness and health and well being this is the perfect opportunity to grab it with both hands! If your working from home it means you will have more time in your day as your not commuting to and from work. No after school activities for the kids. There is absolutely no excuse why you cant take 60mins out of the day to do some exercise and look after you! The benefits far outweigh any excuse you c...an come up with! Just to name a few...... 10 scientific reasons why exercise equals happiness: 1. Releases happy chemicals into your brain 2. Relieves stress 3. Increases energy 4. Eases anxiety and depression 5. Promotes better sleep 6. Increases self confidence 7. Slows down cognitive decline 8. Increases memory 9. Creates better coping skills 10. Improves your immune system Now more than ever you really need to be focused on your diet too. I know many of us lived it up a little too well in the last lockdown Focus on what you can control at the moment and thats looking after you! Classes are still on for the next few days..... 12.01.2022 2nd week back - over already! Its so great to have everyone back and a little normality to our lives! I believe there has been a bit of muscle soreness going around One thing Ive had so many ask about over the last couple of weeks is FOOD! Im certainly no dietician but what I do know is you cant out train a bad diet - sorry to be the bearer of bad news ... What I find works well for me is being prepared! Its nothing fancy or over complicated. I prepare my lunch for 3 days at a time, make a base salad and then add a few extra things at time of eating. Here I have a salad Of Spinach with tomato, red onion, olives, roasted sweet potato and some pumpkin seeds. The day of eating Ill add some chicken or tuna. Some avocado and cheese. Usually either goats cheese or halloumi. For dressing a bit of oil out of the goats cheese. It might feel like a bit of a drag sometimes but spending an hour on a Sunday planning the week makes such a difference for the week ahead! Make sure you have healthy snacks on hand too! Plenty of water too! Fill up 3, 1 litre water bottles at the start of the day and make your way through them. It makes it easier to keep track - instead of refilling! See more

12.01.2022 This weekend the HIIT Fitness group went on tour to Queenstown, New Zealand! 12 amazing ladies living their best life! Congratulations to each of them on achieving their goal. There were 8 girls running the Half marathon and 4 running the Full. A lot of them running that distance for the first time! Its a tough but stunning course, one of my favourite marathons by far! ... All of you waiting in the rain cheering the last of us over the line made my day Im super proud of each and everyone of you! See more

Tuesday 7.45am Wednesday 7.15am Thursday 7.45am Friday 7.15am There will also be a 9.15am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Classes will be $100 for 20 sessions.
