07.01.2022 The little things matter. You most likely have to pay for them at other sushi places, but at Hikaru condiments like soy sauce, wasabi and ginger are FREE with your sushi. What?! Best sushi .. and you don't charge for those, you ask? YEP, that's right! Have never charged for them since Hikaru opened in 2008. :)
