In light of the ever changing COVID-19 situation, whilst it is business as usual for us at Yuki. we have implemented extra precautionary measures while we continue to maintain a high level of customer service during this time. These measures are aimed at minimising the impact and transference of this virus to our staff, customers, friends, family and wider community. Therefore we have implemented extra measures to protect you during this time. Staff... will remain at home if feeling unwell and will be quarantined if recently travelled Increasing frequency of cleaning and sanitising our restaurant. we will enforce as much social distancing as we can including table our arrangements If you are feeling unwell we encourage you to opt for takeaway rather than dining in at the restaurant Soon we will be doing contactless food delivery which arranged by restaurant We will continue to monitor any word from The Australian Government so that we can follow the latest advice. 13.01.2022 Dear customer, Thank you very much for your continuous support. We are starting dine in service in our restaurant. However, we are following the restriction guidelines by allowing only 20 patrons in the restaurant at the moment. Hence, it is recommended for customer to book in advance. We will be operating our dine in service for dinner according to time blocks, i.e. 5pm-6pm, 6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm and 8pm-9pm. If you need more time, please let us know when you are making booking. 11.01.2022 INTRODUCING CONTACTLESS OPTION Dear customers, To ensure you have the flexibility to suit your needs, we are introducing new contactless option for you. We will be introducing free delivery for takeaway made though phone within 5km (By driving distance) from our restaurant.... Please note that, there will be a minimum order of $30 applies. We will do the transaction by credit card over the phone and Customer just need to send your address to 0421769449. Takeaway menu can be found at www.yukijapanese.com.au. Ubereats and Menulog services are also available for customers. However, we would like to remind customer that these service providers will take at least 35% from the total price paid by customer per order. Hence, we would like to seek customer support in this challenging time by introducing free delivery with 5km from our restaurant. Once again, thank you very much for all the support! *Subject to changes depending on situation

10.01.2022 And one more thing, regarding the UberEATS Sometimes when drivers need to pick up multiple orders which arranged by uber company they had to wait for the second order although the first ones ready. That’s why takes even longer.
