Regenerative Earth Care practitioners that want to expand their toolkit and integrate personal well-being practices - especially Zenthai Shiatsu. People Care wellness practitioners that want to get more hands-on with the earth and learn fundamental permaculture concepts in action. Anyone that appreciates the holistic approach to Earth Care and People Care that these practices offer and want to learn more... total newbies are welcome! Our five-day, fully-catered, daily program will have the following flow: - Sunrise Meditation - Morning Yoga - Fresh Breakfast - Morning Circle - Permaculture Workshop - Nourishing Lunch - Zen Thai Workshop - Afternoon Integration Activities - Hearty Dinner - Social Activities For the morning permaculture sessions, we will be working in close collaboration with the current site custodian to plan, design and install vegetable gardens, syntropic food forests and native bush regeneration. Each afternoon will be dedicated to personal care with Zenthai Shiatsu sessions after lunch (with founder Gwyn Williams facilitating an extended intro session on the first day), and integration activities to ensure maximum embodied learning. All meals provided are ayurvedically inspired, plant-based, gluten-free, and locally sourced from ethical growers.
