18.01.2022 So many people suffer pain daily. Whether it be back pain or pain from other injuries they think they just need to put up with it and accept it as a 'normal' life. Pain stops you from enjoying the things in life that your friends and family are doing. Whether it be sports, walking, or just some hobbies or being social. The unconscious mind is the most powerful 'drug' you own. With the help of hypnosis you can move that pain level from an 8 to 10 down to a manageable 2 or 3. ... Pain is your bodies way of telling you to take care with that area so that is why it is never a zero. And who wouldn't want to change those levels.

16.01.2022 I've had a busy couple of weeks but what makes it great is when clients come back and say things like... "I haven't had any chocolate which I was having daily. I look at it and think no I don't want it. I've noticed chewing my food more and not rushing" or "My anxiety is so much better. I don't worry about things now and my family has noticed" or "I haven't bought any smokes. It's not hard to not want them". ... These clients have had 2 visits. My weight loss program goes for 4 weeks most others are 2. The only thing you need to do is be committed. If you come to be a non smoker and after your first session you go from a pack a day to 7 in 3 days, then come back to get help to stop those 7. People seem to look at the situation as it didn't work I'm still a smoker. They don't look at the situation as 'I've gone from 75+ cigarettes in 3 days and have given up 68 cigarettes on my way to be a non smoker'. How come those 7 have more power over you than those 68? Are they magical? Follow through and the world is your oyster. This year I am working on my own self worth (yes even hypnotists need to work on something). Part of this is charging what I am worth.
