09.01.2022 As we get closer to the swimming seasons , NOW would be a perfect time to get your pool inspected to ensure Compliance with the applicable regulations and Legislation. All Councils are required to do a Pro Active pool inspection Program , and its suggested that if you have a Private Certifier ( such as Hills pool inspections ) do this for you , then Council should leave you alone. 06.01.2022 With the recent upgrades to Australian Standards , it is more important now than every to ensure that every pool in NSW ( and Australia) is brought up to be Compliant with the appropriate legislation. All Councils in NSW are required to have a Pro Active pool inspection where they are required to inspect all pools in their Local Government Area ( LGA) .
