23.01.2022 To quote many chefs, food is at its best when kept simple; its more about the quality of the ingredients. Ronnie, of Hillsdon Grocer cooked this simple, yet delicious Pappardelle Meatballs with Chorizo the other night and I cant tell you how amazing it was. Chop #salumiaustralia chorizo into small pieces & #fatcowgourmetmeats meatball into quarters, and cut an #ifruitfresh onion into wedges, fry in a pan with a splash of #oleaofmonemvasia Phileos EV olive oil. Once brown...ed add a jar of #luciasfinefoods Arrabbiata pasta, simmer until meatballs are cooked through. Add 3/4 tub of #pugliacheese mascarpone, stir through until heated. Meanwhile cook #lemantovanelle pappardelle pasta in boiling water, once cooked, drain and stir through the meatballs. Serve with freshly grated #zanetti_baku Parmigiano Reggiano. Delicious! 15.01.2022 You probably already know of SUGO MI Restaurant in Bulimba, @sugomi_pizzeria . Well, the super exciting thing is, now they are retailing their truly scrumptious Gelati ! This gelati is only made in small batches at the restaurant, with Norco milk (or coconut milk in the non-dairy option) & contains only about half the fat of ice-cream. It is seriously smoother with a more intense flavour than any other we have tried . Spring rolls, pork buns and dim sum all from @dimsumandco Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper, spray your Farm Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls with olive oil and pop into the oven at approx 190 degrees for roughly 20 minutes. Next, steam your Chicken and Water Chestnut siu mei and BBQ Pork buns in a steamer for 5-6 minutes. If you want a beautiful dipping sauce with your dinner, chop up some ginger, garlic and chilli and add some soy sauce. If youre strapped for time, then of course sweet chilli sauce works great too!
