24.01.2022 To all the Mumma’s who have birthed babies in 2020

22.01.2022 Calming the nervous system Now more than ever I feel it’s so important to get the HypnoBirthing education out to as many people as possible. Whilst you learn invaluable practical education throughout the course you are also equipped with various breath, visualisation & meditation tools that will assist you in calming your nervous system throughout this uneasy time. We now know that what Mum feels, the baby feels. It is not just your physical state that impacts the fetus, i...t’s your mental & emotional state as well (it’s all about chemistry). This is called epigenetics (it’s so interesting if you’re a birth nerd like me do some research!). Whilst practicing the meditations & breath work you are not only calming your own nervous system which is vital to your wellbeing, you are also sending calm, reassuring vibes to your baby which is literally laying down the foundations of their own nervous system & the type of person they will be (amazing right?!) HypnoBirthing is not just a set of tools to use in labour... ~it will make for a calmer, more assured & connected pregnancy (for yourself, partner & baby) ~you will be confident about your rights & your options ~ it will help you to achieve the birth you desire ~you will have the skills for life (& will use them throughout parenthood, trust me!) I’m currently offering the full course online via Zoom. It will still be a personal, connected experience where you will have my support right up until your birth. Do yourself & your baby a favour & get in contact to attain some additional support & resources on how to calm your nervous system.

02.01.2022 When I became pregnant with my first baby I was only 24 years old. I definitely knew I wanted to be a Mum one day, however the shock of finding out I was pregnant was massive. Terrified of what my family & friends would think, terrified about what my partner (who at the time didn’t want kids) would think, terrified of the ‘unknown.’ Was I ready? Would I be a good Mother? Holy shit this baby has to come out of me one day?! After the shock of finding out I was pregnant had...Continue reading
