16.01.2022 I am so annoyed today ! I sent to a customer in early August a parcel via Australia Post. The parcel has yet to be found the party is on Saturday. I feel bad for the customer because she had to re-purchase the items as I did not have all the items in-stock. Australia Post's position is we can't do anything you didn't place an insurance on the parcel so we simply wash our hands and walk away. It's your problem ! Grrrrrrrr I chose Australia Post for my business but when it comes to items gone missing or damaged they just simply walk away. Has anyone experienced this issue?
