05.01.2022 NEW COVID-19 TESTING CENTRE AT HKIA Starting from Aug 18 passengers arriving at Hong Kong International Airport must go to the Temporary Specimen Collection Centre (TSCC) in the restricted area of the airport for COVID-19 testing. The TSCC has been relocated from AsiaWorld-Expo to increase testing capacity at the airport. Those arriving in the morning must stay at the testing centre for results. Passengers arriving in the afternoon and night can proceed to immigration after g...iving saliva samples, after which they will be sent to a hotel to await test results. People are reminded that it may take 12 hours or more to receive their test results and they should bring any medications and medical reports with them.
