22.01.2022 CHRISTMAS Sorry, I know it’s too early to be dropping the C bomb But it’s going to be here before we know it, (I’ve been sending out a lot of Christmas orders already).... I’ve managed to get my hands on the perfect Christmas fragrance AUTUMN HARVEST This one makes any room feel cozy, to me it just smells like a wintery Christmas in the UK.. think cinnamon and vanilla Anyway, I’m still having some issues with getting supplies so if you’re wanting to place an order let me know as once I run out of stock, I’m unsure when I’ll be able to get more in Hope you’re all having an amazing week! As R U OK day is fast approaching, I just wanted to put a reminder out there for us all to check in with ourselves as well as each other. 2020 has been a challenging year so far, and I feel like it’s more important than ever to be checking in with ourselves and those around us and asking the question R U OK?... As someone that has experienced depression & anxiety, I understand how isolated and lonely it can make you feel, and for someone to ask if you’re okay really does make a difference. You don’t even have to discuss everything that is going on in your mind, because a lot of the time, that would be impossible. But just to know that there is someone there that is happy just to sit with you and keep you company, can make all the difference to how you’re feeling. If anyone is struggling and needs someone to listen or just to keep them company so you don’t feel alone, please feel free to reach out to me, my inbox is always open. 04.01.2022 R U OK? Sometimes it’s hard to keep a positive mindset, and it’s easy to slip into a dark place. Please know that it’s okay not to be okay. As well as asking those around you if they are okay, don’t forget to check in with your self regularly and ask how you are feeling. I’m definitely guilty of always putting everyone else before me and it gets exhausting. ... Don’t forget, it’s okay to say no, there is so much pressure these days to be doing things, but if you feel like staying home in your pyjamas watching Netflix sometimes then thats more than okay. It’s not selfish to put yourself first. I hope everyone is okay, not just today but everyday. Hollie xo
