And to those who work in communities where people may often experience anxiety, note number 15: "Just breathe" or even "have you tried breathing?" At the very least, we all need to hear that we're not alone! This article from Bitch Media highlights some mental health advocates that come from marginal places - the places where mental illness is often found due to rejection, isolation and abuse.
