14.01.2022 So let talk about "1 hour or less" type of repairs. The reason why I never will advertise this. Although the the repair may be easy, I take the time to properly clean the phone, to make sure the button sits correctly and seat all the cables back perfect so you have a phone thats like new. Ive been doing this for about 10 years now, and its why everything I fix has 100% guarantee on it. ... Cheers,

14.01.2022 SO why don't I Generally price match? The short of it is, to keep the quality of service at A+.. I can't.... My prices are made up of a few different things... Price of parts price of tools overheads Time and labour a percent of repairs coming back as warranty repairs quality of service provided Screws replaced for free what other business are charging and the guarantee of your phone (if I break it,I owe you a new phone) At them moment I am cheaper then the big shops asI have lower over heads but im more expensive then most of the home businesses because I source quality parts, My quality of repairs is second to none, and above all I must remind profitable so I can keep offering my service to others. So if you ask me to price match or do it "cheeper" im happy to say no, there are others who can do it cheaper, but I 100% stand by my prices to get value and quality. *Please note I am not implying that others may not be as good quality, but always remember you get what you pay for. 10.01.2022 This is what happens when you put a water dames phone into rice overnight rather then bring into me straight away. What could of been a $20 service has turned into a $120 repair. RICE DOES NOT WORK!!

08.01.2022 Its a bit disheartening when you have to tell a customer their charger is fake, but it does explain why it suddenly "died". The funny thing about this one, is it actually has a small metal bar on the side just so it adds weight and feels more "real"
