20.01.2022 Between a stimulus and a response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. - Viktor Frankl At the Hoffman Process we explore that space the choice point the fork in the road between the old and the new. The old pathway being the conditioned patterns we have learned in our family of origin (a bit like Groundhog Day) and the new pathway being that of responsibility the ability to respond the path of freedom, authenticity and possibility. Every moment we have the ability to choose our orientation. The deep work of the Hoffman Process clears away old patterns to allow you greater agency to move in the direction of your dreams.

11.01.2022 "You are not broken; childhood suffering is not a mortal wound, and it did not irrevocably shape your destiny. You need not remove, destroy or tear anything out of yourself in order to build something anew. Your challenge is not to keep trying to repair what was damaged; your practice instead is to reawaken what is already wise, strong and whole within you, to cultivate those qualities of heart and spirit that are available to you in this very moment" Wayne Muller ... One of the greatest joys the Hoffman Facilitators experience is seeing at the end of each Process, big bright beautiful glowing souls who have returned home to themselves #hoffmanprocessaustralia #hoffmanprocess #personalgrowth #healing #waynemuller
11.01.2022 Wise words of the late poet, John O’Donohue. The work of the Hoffman Process is reflective of this integration - within and without - to create a new way of being in the world. Connected, collaborative, compassionate, creative and courageous.
09.01.2022 Our first Process of the year participants celebrating a new perspective on life! Congratulations!
09.01.2022 Modern Valentine’s Day conjures images of the cherub Cupid wielding his bow and arrow, but in Greek mythology, Cupid was known as Eros, the god of love. Armed with golden arrows to stir desire and leaden arrows to arouse aversion, Eros seemed to have treated Greek mortals as his playthings, manipulating their emotions for his amusement. But we think Eros was onto something. Polarization exists in many relationships, turning love into a battlefield of mismatched desires and miscommunication. Get back on track by seeing polarization as a difference instead of a problem and finding a time to communicate without judgment. Can your difference be a bridge to deeper understanding?
08.01.2022 Love rests on two pillars: surrender and autonomy. Our need for togetherness exists alongside our need for separateness. Esther Perel, from Mating in Captivity: Reconciling the Erotic and the Domestic Volker expands on this quote during this weeks Wednesday life chat.

04.01.2022 One of the behaviours we work with during the Hoffman Process is vindictiveness. Vindictiveness involves blaming, holding on to grievances, refusing to forgive, carrying grudges and wanting to get even with a person perceived to have done wrong. Why is this an important behaviour to work with?... It is not to condone someone else's behaviour or actions towards us. It is to give ourselves the opportunity to heal. For as long we are holding someone else down, we are not free ourselves. The Process helps us to let go of the burdens we carry. From our healing heart to yours
