23.01.2022 Did another 8 hour cured salmon then smoked for 40 minutes. Came out perfect i think this is becoming my new favorite seafood dish. 1.5kg salmon with chicken wings and veges.

23.01.2022 BBQ for Alakai's birthday over the weekend went very well. BBQ was loved by all and the stand out as usual was the pork belly burnt ends so delicious. 23.01.2022 Well we made and all set-up after it took 7 hours to get to Hervey Bay due to the traffic jams on Gateway and Bruce highway. Should be a good day tomorrow full of some great BBQ. #hbbbqfest

23.01.2022 Boxing Day lunch of smoked turkey and ham on the Wildfire offset today turned out great. Fresh turkey brined for 32 hours and rubbed in Killer Hogs BBQ rub.

22.01.2022 Great full weekend of camping, 4WD and of course some great BBQ at Janowen Hills Camping & 4WD Park . Big thanks to Brenton for making up this video and glad everyone enjoyed it. Full bellies on both nights. Friday night was Maryland chicken pieces, chicken breast sliced and cheese kranskys. Saturday night menu was pork ribs, pork belly burnt ends and smoked dimmies.

19.01.2022 Hey guys I have started a FB fundraiser for my b'day that goes towards Soldier On as they are a great organization that helps veterans and their families going through tough times. Would be good to get some donations to help Soldier On as they dont have any government assistance and rely on donations. We all know someone that has served or still serving suffering from mental illness or taken thier own life caused by thier service. So any donation could help in saving a veterans life and assisting in getting the help they need. All donations are tax deductible and come with a receipt from FB.

19.01.2022 Did some smoked scotch eggs tonight for dinner on the Longhorn. Came up a treat and so simple to do. Got a 8.3kg brisket that will be going on the trailer smoker on Monday.

17.01.2022 Best and most juicy brisket I have ever done. 11 hour cook that includes the rest for a late father's day dinner. Was worth getting a really good quality brisket and smoked some dimmies for lunch.

07.01.2022 Who would like to compete in the inaugural Fractured Wood BBQ AUSTRALIA invitational. It will be held at Oakhurst station Biarra near Esk in the Brisbane valle...y. It will be a competition for teams, judges and limited guests of the family who own the property who will also put on a live band. It has its very own function centre that caters for weddings and other events in an amazing rustic setting which is a combination of Irish and Australian. See more

07.01.2022 Last night dinner of Brisket ans smoked dimmies. Brisket was tasty but a little dry and room for improvement but was enjoyed by all.

Was a good afternoon enjoyed by all and the scenarios were all fun and different for all ages.
