06.01.2022 I have recently written an article for the staff of Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. During this difficult time it can be very stressful for all of their staff, so I put together a self-help document detailing some aromatherapy and reflexology techniques that they could use to help relax and calm themselves either after their shift or whilst taking a break. I have been touched by the thank you emails I have received from their staff. I am happy to help these ...essential key workers. When we come out of lockdown I will be increasing my Emergency Workers discount from 10% to 25%. Do you offer any discounts? Maybe it’s something you might consider.
