23.01.2022 At the beginning of the year I announced in a newsletter that I was going to be living loudly and part of this is bringing out my own Aromatherapy Essential Oil products. And have been busy designing labels, blending and bottling 7 different diffuser blends, which are now ready to be marketed. These blends are a small selection of the 160 products I created as a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist 25 years ago. This has been a project I have wanted to bring to fruition for some time as I know the benefits emotionally and physically of essential oils and it has been a bug bear of mine that there are large companies charging exorbitant prices for them, making it unreachable for people who desperately can benefit from these. So watch this space for how to order very soon!!

19.01.2022 A great night last night listening to Shane Kemptons words of wisdom at the Entrepreneurs Social Circle. Connected up with some lovely people. The funniest part of the night was realising that one of the ladies i knew from my days working at Burswood Hotel and we hadnt seen each other for 30 years!! Blast from the past!!

17.01.2022 In Australia it is Election Day....What were they thinking??!! In Chinese Astrology (4 Pillars of Destiny/Bazi) from the 6th of May till the 6th of June it is the Snake Month, which just so happens to be the Clash Astrological Animal for this Pig Year. And if that wasn't bad enough both Scott Morrison and Bill Shorten were both born in the May (actually there is one year and a day age difference between them), which means that they both have the Clash Animal in their Month... Pillar for this year!! Today's outcome will be an interesting one. For this year Scott Morrison also has the Harm Animal (backstabbing/gossiping Star), however he also has a Nobleman Star (helpful person), one of the Harmony Animals and the Travelling Horse Star (movement/changes). Today's date gives him 2 Harmony Animals. Whereas for Bill Shorten, he not only has that Clash Animal for this year, he also has the Self-Penalty animal. But he does have a Nobleman, a Harmony Animal and a Flower of Romance Star (social, people more attracted to him) in his chart for this year. Today's date gives him a Harmony, but also another Clash. It would have been interesting to have their time of births to give a better picture, however what I can say with what I do have is I feel that it will be Scott Morrison that shall win the day.. but as I said I don't have the full picture and both of these men will have their challenges this year.

17.01.2022 A very different Anzac Day for us 2020; in our driveway followed by gunfire breakfast. First time for Miss Fu and first time for our daughter, Shayla to wear her Grandfathers medal. We even had 2 owls fly into the trees across from us but it was to dark to get a pic. #Lestweforget

15.01.2022 Had the lovely Catherine Ord come up from Margaret River and spend a few hours with me a couple of days ago. The time was spent with her showing me some awesome cool business resources and there was a bit of essential oil smelling happening too. Amazing to see many of my old Margaret River clients pop up on Catherines post of us saying hello; can see another trip down south happening soon

04.01.2022 Good morning beautiful people! It is a glorious day and during my early walk this morning, sitting in the middle of the path was this rock with WA Rock Sisters for life written on it with glitter paint and a flower around it. How beautiful is that!! We all need a Rock Sister or Brother, someone who will be there for you through the good and bad and you for them. They wont judge you, but love you for the unique soul you are. A Rock Sister or Brother is not necessarily a part...ner or sibling as most of the time they love you regardless; this Rock Person is usually someone who you have met and just clicked. For me, my Rock Sister I have known for over 40 years! We met during high school and we just clicked. We have been there for each other through many trails, tribulations and celebrations. We still meet up for lunch almost every fortnight. If you have a Rock Person let them know how grateful you are to have them in your life and if you dont have one, find one! It takes courage and a bit of effort to sustain any relationship, however the rewards to true Rock Relationships is worth every moment. Have a glorious day ROCK ON! See more

03.01.2022 Towards the end of last week I felt like I had been hit by truck! Every muscle and bone screamed at me, fever, dead tired, my throat was in agony and could barely swallow (turns out it was tonsillitis and a bit of adrenal fatigue) I surrendered my body and soul to sleeping, meditation, doing healing visualization and accept being nurtured by others. This doesnt come easy to me, actually I have struggled with it my whole life! I am a born nurturer and I was conditioned to be... the carer from the age of 6, it was seen as laziness if we lay around doing nothing and I would feel painfully guilty if I attempted it. However, I am now realizing that the more I struggle with it the more the Universe slaps me and that when I surrender to it everything works out for the better. My beautiful empathetic daughter sent a sweet bouquet of to cheer you up flowers and made up a pot of homemade healthy stew containing large doses of healing herbs and spices like turmeric and ginger for me. Must be working as early this morning I managed a small walk with Miss Fu and it was glorious to be out in nature absorbing the energy of the water and the beginning of a stunning day! Miss Fu was happy and I just need a little nanny nap now. Have a fabulous day everyone and remember to listen to your body and the Universe!!
