18.01.2022 Two new hatchlings. Let's cross fingers they grow to be healthy birds like their sibling T-Rex. 2nd clutch for the season. We will keep you posted on their progress.

18.01.2022 Did you know that Weiros/ Cockatiels can live for up to 20 years in captivity. In the wild they can live up to 14 years. So be prepared to care for your birds for a long time.

17.01.2022 This little chick was stuck in its egg. So with a little help it is surving.
16.01.2022 Little fluff balls are 11& 9 days young. The spikey echidnas are 15 & 13 days young. Growing well and developing sweet little personalities.
16.01.2022 9 days, 7 days, 5days and 3 day young. The older 2 are starting to open their eyes. Mum and dad are doing a great job feeding and caring for their babies. They are gently handled by us daily to get use to humans. The kids enjoy this time with them.
13.01.2022 Finally starting to look like chicks rather than dinosaurs. 27, 25 and 22 days young. Little one is undersized for age but still a little fighter and growing no less.

12.01.2022 Growing up. 1st to the left is baby number 1 born 28 days ago, 2nd born 26 days ago, 3rd born 24 days ago and peewee 4,th born 22 days ago. It is amazing how much they change in 24 hours.

Did you know that Weiros an live up to 20+years given the right diet, exercise and environment. Oldest Weiro was called Pretty not and he died in 2004 at age 29. So be prepared to care for these gentle creatures for a long time.
