09.01.2022 What wounds are you carrying around from your childhood? Are they still affecting you and your relationships with others. Below are common wounds that children suffer and as children see the world from an egocentric view they believe many issues are because of them and about them and this may make it difficult to see the truth in situations. For example if a mother yells at a child because the mother is tired, not eating well and does not take care of herself the egocentric... child will believe they were the problem and that they are not good enough. If you are carrying childhood wounds you could be living life from a damaged perspective where you are not being your true self. A counsellor who can spot these issues can help you reprocess them in a way that is liberating and will help you live life from your truest self.

And I can’t climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can’t the man use a little more strength and pull me up! The man thinks: I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!? The moral is you can’t see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in. 05.01.2022 Liver Loving Chia spring vibes are innn, and I love tuning into herbs for the liver as they calm down fiery tendencies (hellooo Aries season) cleanse the gu...t AND harmonize digestive juices. Liver herbs are easy to work with, and although most can be bitter, you can be playful with them. Generally they build profound resilience, upgrade the microbiome, cleanse toxicity, mineralized and purity out blood. This is KEY and fundamental to our MOOD and immunity. Brilliant recipe by @sculptedkitchen using our Liver Vitality daily greens! LIVER LOVING CHIA Serves two Ingredients: 1/4 cup of chia seeds 1 1/2 cup of plant based milk (you can add less but I find the consistency best when adding 1 1/2 cup) 2 tsp of liver vitality @animamundiherbals 1 - 2 tsp of rose powder @animamundiherbals 2 tbsp of sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup) 2 heaping tablespoons of dairy free yogurt + 4 tbsp extra for the jar Garnishes: granola, rose petals, fruits of choice :) Method: - Combine your chia seeds and milk. You will need to stir it quite well a few times for the first 10 minutes to avoid clumping - You can now leave this overnight or if you’re in a hurry leave it for at least an hour. After it’s thickening, add in your yogurt and sweetener and stir well. - Divide your pudding into two bowls. Add your rose to one and liver vitality to the other (both from @animamundiherbals) - I added some fruits to the bottom, followed by 2 tbsp yogurt, rose chia pudding, remaining 2 tbsp of yogurt and finishing off with liver vitality chia pudding. - Enjoy right away with garnishes or stick back into fridge for a chilled dessert for letter. #plantmedicine #spring #liver #cleanse #breakfast #herbalism #medicinalherbs #apothecary #farmtopharmacy
