A lot of females are concerned as they believe strength training will result in unwanted muscle gain and a bulky physique. This is incorrect, doing strength training + conditioning work will boost your calorie expenditure, therefore helping burn body fat which will help you lean up. It’s not easy training outdoors during winter, it takes a tough breed and a lot of focus. . Well done to all you legends who didn’t give up despite all the obstacles, you make us proud and inspire us coaches. . This-morning’s energy was epic, Let’s stay consistent and keep on getting it done!

I've really enjoyed this 12 week journey and I'm thankful that I've been able to provide some useful resources to the @waterpoloaus kids who didn’t have access to a pool, coach or gym. .... In this final session I join the dots of the program and show you how it all blends together with my progression training system. Progression is the most important tool to success and It needs to be used across all training programs. Build the foundation, make the structure strong, fast, mobile and powerful then when you master it, add a layer of progression to keep moving forward. . 15.01.2022 R U OK? We all have our struggles and go through funks, Even us as trainers have our struggles. It’s totally normal and ok to feel shit, anxious and down. You are not alone. . If you are going through a funk, Talk to a mate and if you don’t feel like talking, go and exercise! Run it out, swim it out, spin it out, sweat it out or do some resistance training. It has helped us get through some funks and it’s why we consistently train and move. Stretch your mind, go train.

13.01.2022 A lot has happened in the last few years! Highs and crazy lows but I’ve managed to find my way and I’m happy to have my health back to 100%. The best part about this crazy journey is that I have been able to create a program and environment where I’m now able to positively help others and teach them the life lessons I’ve learnt over the many years.
