My morning beach yoga sessions are one of the things that keep me sane, functioning in integrity and able to stay in a positive mindset when things get a little rough. 01.01.2022 Easter, a time of selfless giving and rebirth. Life is a journey, along the way we have a few challenges. Sometimes these challenges can leave us afraid to speak or reach out. I remind myself in these times, it is of ultimate importance to be true to myself. Upsetting the status quo is not something I am afraid of anymore, especially when it is to speak my truth or reach out to someone who may need a smile or more.
