25.01.2022 As we are coming into our busiest time of year our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced, as a small business I’m sure you will all understand we send our texts 48hrs prior to your appointment, we require 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment so we have time to fill the spot, failure to give us 24hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the value of your appointment. Not showing up to your appointment will require a 50% no show fee to be paid before you can rebook and a 50% non refundable booking fee for your next visit.
