04.01.2022 To all our wonderful and loyal customers. WE ARE STILL OPEN however with the current situation with COVID-19; we are limiting physical contact as much as possible and will implement a few new procedures for drop off and pick up. This procedure will commence on Tuesday as the owners of Hollywood Hounds will be making a few minor modifications to the salon this week to ensure staff, clients and dogs are all kept as safe as possible. Of course, you will still be able to bo...ok your online appointment, request an appointment over the phone you just can’t drop in this week. To try and minimise physical contact, we are trying to take more payments over the phone from Tuesday as the preferred way of payment; this ensures less contact. Hopefully by introducing this new policy; we can do our small part in slowing the spread of this virus. HOW WE WILL OPERATE FROM TUESDAY The owners and staff will be making the salon a safe zone and germ free as possible so you can pop your fur baby in the door without a worry DROP OFF / PICK UP When your appointment time slot is due; simply: Knock on the front door and one of the groomers will slide open the internal sliding door, you simply pop your dog inside the glass front door and close it. The groomer will then collect your dog when you are safely outside. This process will be followed when collecting your dog. When you receive a text that your dog is ready for collection, phone the salon and advise pick up time Make a payment over the phone and confirm with the groomer what time you would like to collect your dog, this will assist you with picking up your dog without contact. Please remember to practice good hygiene as we can’t control who touches the door handle. PAYMENT OPTIONS When it is time to collect your dog; the groomer will text you and you can advise how you want to pay: Pay over the phone Cash leave on the lectern Credit card this option will be set up for you by the groomer prior to your arrival when collecting your dog. You MUST advise the groomer if you are opting for this as they will need to have this ready for you prior to collection and could prove difficult if you’re late or early. Please work with the groomer to ensure a seamless pick up for you, the groomer and most importantly; your dog. You will simply enter the salon and tap your credit card and we will email you a receipt. We thank-you all in advance for your understanding and look forward to seeing again from Tuesday.
