16.01.2022 We are officially back, training is on tonight. We have the same training schedule as last year. 6:30 PM at Bella Vista Public School for our first Skills and Conditioning session. ... Due to COVID we have had to have some rule changes: 1. One parent for each player/kid 2. BYO Sanitizer 3. Online Check in using mobile phone before entrance to the facility. 4. Bring MASK Thank you and see you all soon!! :)

11.01.2022 Everyone - make sure you do all these dribbling drills at home. At least an hour a day. When we all come back from holidays I want everyone to be able to dribble confidently.

(U10s-U12s 2:00 PM-3:30 PM - U14s 3:30 PM-5:00PM). 2021 Royals training next year will resume: 6 January 2021 - Strength & Conditioning / U9s Girls @ Bella Vista Public Highschool 10 January 2021 - U10s-U12-U14s Team Training @ Bella Vista Public Highschool
