25.01.2022 Last week we were invited to attend an assembly at Mount Carmel College. Students raised $838 for Homely Retreats in one day (amazing effort!!!!), thanks to year 10 leaders Ruby & Evie who organized a 'blue day'! 14.01.2022 A huge thank you to Homely Retreats for gifting us a little getaway at White Beach. We are so grateful for your kindness. Homely Retreats offer stays for people... who are undergoing cancer treatment whilst caring for young families. A local foundation ran by an extremely kind survivor, who has experienced the trauma and healing process first hand. It was so refreshing to take a break from all the ongoing appointments and aftermath that comes with the big C! The girls had a ball, and we made some beautiful memories. Granny and Gaga were able to come on an adventure with us, as they live close by - which made it even better. As Homely Retreats say - ‘Quality family time is an essential ingredient for recovery’.
