20.01.2022 Today we were supposed to be having Swiss Cheese Making workshop, but due to Covid, it had to be cancelled. These are photos from our last workshop at Homestead Hill, Halloumi & Greek Fetta. We also made Ricotta, Persian Feta, Yoghurt, Labne and Quark. We were fortunate to have our Son Payden home and he did the catering and produced some delicious tasting plates as well. Wonderful group and I will miss these workshops at Homestead Hill. Our last workshop is Cheddar Cheese on 27th September.

11.01.2022 Picking a few times a week at Homestead Hill are these delicious raspberries and strawberries. Some go into freezer to make jam and sauce and alot get dehydrated. We have alot of our customers that request the dehydrated fruit for their muesli, yoghurt, cheesecake, Cheese platters etc. The flavour is intense and i wish you could smell them drying, heavenly aroma's.
