06.01.2022 Anzac Day was recently commemorated at our home by staff and residents alike with a significant tribute. Our Lifestyle Co-ordinator Sherilyn sourced a stunning Anzac Sign made of Fabric which was hung in our Lounge Area for the ceremony. At 10.30am we held an Anzac Day Service with a speech and Poem read. A minutes silence was observed, a wreath was laid and residents were invited to lay a rosemary sprig as well as a poppy each donated by Upwey Belgrave RSL. It was a fitting tribute as our photos can attest to. Lest We Forget.
