21.01.2022 The Bedroom at Hope Cottage Museum. Free for the looking next Sunday Australia Day. Come up at 10AM for the ceremony and to welcome some new Australian citizens. Morning tea will be available afterwards, and you can tour the Museum for free. It really is worth a visit. Bring your friends.

17.01.2022 The unique Green Rose at Hope Cottage Museum. The official name is: Rosa chinensis viridiflora. It is thought to have been in cultivation since 1743 but was not introduced until 1856, in the U.K., by Bembridge and Harrison.

08.01.2022 I had some spare time at Hope Cottage Museum. The surveying equipment reminded me of Colonel Light, who spent time on Kangaroo Island before heading North to plan the wonderful parklands.
