24.01.2022 Well today at Pullenboon South we see the 3 sides of the arena completed.....on the outside anyway. Looking so good. Just before the rain & wind I expect. Estimated time of completion on the inside....end of Feb. Mirrors up next week, or I suspect legs in place. Now I am trying to grow back my lawn, ha ha, has been a tad knocked around in the process of the shed build. I tell you the noise construction has been so good for Alice . Out of her comfort zone on numerous occasions

15.01.2022 Horses enjoying the shade trees on Pullenboon South. Happy & healthy boys. Martin has been busy trimming cypress to make more winter paddocks, we have some very dry paddocks for those horses that are prone to seedy toe. All new fencing, double fenced shelter belts between paddocks.

11.01.2022 Happy horses at Pullenboon South. Martin has been busy fencing, fencing, fencing new paddocks. We now have 15 paddocks, of various sizes, all double fenced, all electric. Have purchased 200 cypress trees for new shelter belts, from Phoebe at Pearson’s Nursery. So helpful with all trees for our farm, including our new wedding garden. So a big thank you to Phoebe at Pearson’s Nursery. We have several vacancies for aged care for horses at Pullenboon South Equine Retirement. Message me for details.

11.01.2022 Martin has bought a small silo for bulk pellets for our aged equine friends. As usual....farm safety always in mind, he has spent today building a frame & stand, with platform to stand on complete with safety rail. Well done Martin, making my life easy!!

09.01.2022 Spring is in the air......what a beautiful day indeed. Horses all happy, rugs off & washed to put away for next winter. How well my retirement horses look. Had someone enquiring about agistment for aged horses today & they asked the question.....are we drought affected? Heavens no, look at the grass......& look how well horses & young cattle look. Only one foot with a seedy toe, one foot abscess before winter even began. Martin certainly has made some great, safe, dry winter paddocks. We have vacancies for more horses.

06.01.2022 Nestled in the lush farming district of Timboon, Western District of Victoria, Australia. The town is in the Shire of Corangamite local government area, approximately 213 km South-west of Melbourne. Dairy is a big industry around here. There is plenty of rain, resulting in tonnes of grass. Pullenboon South is a 250 acre commercial dairy, beef & equine property. Both dam & bore supply plenty of water, there are shelter belts of rows of established pines & gums. Safe fencing, n...o barbed wire, all electric. There are shared agistment paddocks & individual paddocks as required. Pasture hay is grown on our property, allowing us to have strict control of fertiliser applications, management of growth & time of harvest. Owners Martin, has many years of farming experience, whilst Genevieve has many years of equine experience. Together they provide attention to detail & daily supervision of all animals to a 5 star level. Pullenboon South has arena hire facilities, with 70x55 metre sand arena, dressage arena & show jumping equipment. Stabling & yard facilities available. Tourist attractions include the most spectacular coastal scenery in Australia, the 12 Apostles & Great Ocean Road, London Bridge, Bay of Islands, Cape Otway, Loch Ard Gorge, Port Campbell. See more
