25.01.2022 I see so many tight necks and shoulders every week, mostly developed from our modern desk or car based lifestyles. Just taking the time to perform a number of these stretches each day can be super beneficial, especially between appointments to maintain flexibility, improve posture and reduce tension-related pain.

21.01.2022 *** INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH*** All too often, opting for the cheaper option when it comes to your health can do more harm than good. Many clients come to me having had a quick/cheap and ultimately unpleasant massage experience at one of the local 'Thai Massage' establishments. It is worth bearing in mind that in the main part these 'practitioners' are not only not unqualified to practice massage, but are also unregistered with a professional member association, are uninsured, and ultimately have little knowledge or care about your anatomy, individual health concerns and overall well-being. All together, this can be a very dangerous combination. Isn't your health worth more?
