22.01.2022 PANDA Week is here! For the last fifteen years PANDA has been using a week in November to raise awareness about perinatal mental illness and to reduce stigma so... those affected can seek help. The theme for PANDA Week 2020 is ‘Tell someone who cares’. Now more than ever it’s vital that the 100,000 expecting and new parents who are affected by perinatal mental illness every year know they’re not alone and can reach out for help. You can help our campaign by sharing important information about perinatal mental health with your networks. Explore our digital toolkit for more info: https://bit.ly/3eAzxoy If you can help us reach just one extra expecting or new parent with important information; or help one extra family know how they can seek support, then together, we will have made a real difference. #PANDAWeek2020 #tellsomeonewhocares Image - An illustration of a couple and their baby. There is text over the image that reads: tell someone who cares, PANDA Week 8 - 14 November, let's tackle perinatal anxiety and depression together.

13.01.2022 COVID-19 | From 11.59pm on Sunday 2 August, a face covering will be mandatory whenever you leave home across Victoria. But what does wearing a face covering me...an? A face covering is either a face mask or face shield. A face covering needs to be worn covering both your nose and mouth. A face mask is recommended, and includes any paper or textile covering designed or made to be worn over the nose and mouth to protect the wearer. It does not have to be medical grade and you can make your own. There are instructions on how to make your own mask on the Departments website If a face mask is not available other forms of face covering may be used such as a scarf or bandana. A face shield means any film made from plastic or other transparent material designed or made to be worn like a visor, covering from the wearers forehead to below the chin area and wrapping around the sides of the wearers face, to provide the wearer protection. This is a public message from the DHHS. For more information, please visit https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus
